Richland County Probate Court - Marriage Application

To file for a marriage license with The Richland County Probate Court, fill out the form below as completely as possible and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page. After a few moments, a confirmation page will appear, on which you will find the information as you entered it as well as a 10 digit tracking number. Print the confirmation page out and bring it to The Richland County Probate Court within 60 days to complete the application process (please allow 24 hours AFTER applying on-line before appearing at the court to allow the application to be processed by the system). Both parties must be present to file for a marriage license.

Note: Additional information may be required to complete the application process (applicant identification, divorce records, etc.) as well as payment for the application fee. The price for the marriage license is $60.00 (cash only).
